Required Qualifications
- • Passion for STEM education and working with youth
- • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- • Reliability and professionalism
- • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)
- • Pass background check

Our Training & Support Program

Initial Training (Paid)
10-12 hours of in-person hands-on training covering:

Training are held quarterly, over weekends in-person.
Ongoing Support
You're never alone in the classroom:

Join our team across Bergen County, NJ
After-School Robotics Instructor
Lead engaging robotics sessions for grades 4-8 at local schools. 60-90 minute sessions typically run 3:00-7:00 PM, 1-3 days per week during the school year.
- ✓ Schedule: Flexible, 2-6 hours per week during after-school hours
- ✓ Duration: Semester-based (15-week sessions)
- ✓ Class Size: 8-10 students per session
Summer Camp Instructor
Run intensive 2-week robotics camps during summer break. Great for teachers looking for summer income or college students on break.
- ✓ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- ✓ Duration: 2-week sessions (multiple sessions available)
- ✓ Class Size: 8-12 students per camp
FIRST® LEGO® League Coach
Lead competitive robotics teams preparing for regional and state tournaments. Perfect for experienced instructors looking to advance.
- ✓ Schedule: 1-3 sessions per week, September-December
- ✓ Requirements: Prior robotics teaching experience preferred
- ✓ Bonus: Tournament attendance (paid, with travel to competitions)
