What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Passion for STEM education and working with youth
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Reliability and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)
  • Pass background check

Bonus Points For

  • + Teaching or tutoring experience
  • + STEM background (engineering, computer science, education)
  • + Experience with LEGO robotics or FIRST® programs
  • + Coding or programming experience
  • + Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Our Training & Support Program

Initial Training (Paid)

10-12 hours of in-person hands-on training covering:

  • • LEGO® SPIKE Prime platform and programming basics
  • • Our curriculum structure and lesson delivery
  • • Classroom management techniques for small groups
  • • Safety protocols and best practices

Training are held quarterly, over weekends in-person.

Lead engaging robotics sessions for grades 4-8 at local schools. 60-90 minute sessions typically run 3:00-7:00 PM, 1-3 days per week during the school year.

  • Schedule: Flexible, 2-6 hours per week during after-school hours
  • Duration: Semester-based (15-week sessions)
  • Class Size: 8-10 students per session
