Welcome to Lego Robotics!
When a student’s robot successfully completes its first mission, something clicks. Engineering isn’t intimidating, it’s thrilling. That moment of realization drives everything we do at Brain Eating Machines. Building on our 5+ year track record with Odyssey of the Mind, we’re now bringing that same hands-on, confidence-building approach to LEGO® Spike Prime robotics education in Glen Rock.
How does robotics help
Our programs focus on more than just building robots. Students learn:
- Problem-Solving Skills: Tackling real-world challenges through design thinking
- Collaboration: Working in teams to achieve common goals
- Creativity: Designing unique solutions to complex problems
- Technical Skills: Programming, engineering, and mechanical design
- Presentation & Communication: Sharing ideas and explaining technical concepts
Programs for Every Level
Whether your child is just starting their robotics journey or looking to advance to competitive robotics, we have programs designed for every skill level:
Foundations of Robotics
Weekly sessions where students explore robotics fundamentals, from basic building techniques to advanced programming concepts. Perfect for beginners and experienced students alike.
Competitive Robotics
Prepare for regional and state competitions with dedicated coaching, innovation projects, and tournament preparation. Our teams learn robot design, strategy development, and gracious professionalism.
Advanced Robotics Bridge
For students ready to transition from block-based programming to text-based coding with Arduino, Raspberry Pi Pico, and professional engineering tools.
Real Results
Our students don’t just learn—they excel. From winning competitions to developing innovative solutions for community problems, Brain Eating Machines alumni go on to pursue STEM careers and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
